Megan Meeker is a design leader with 15+ years of experience building high-performing teams and shaping products at the intersection of technology, service, and human care. She is currently VP of Design at Lyra Health, where she leads product design, content design, user research, design systems, accessibility, and creative functions across the all Lyra experiences.
Megan is known for translating complex problems into intuitive, high-impact experiences that drive business growth and improve people’s lives. Her work spans digital health, mobility, consumer products, and large-scale service ecosystems, with deep expertise in AI-powered experiences, trust and safety, and end-to-end care journeys.
Before Lyra, Megan helped build Trust & Safety at Lyft, focusing on the well-being of riders, drivers, and employees globally. She has also led experience design for landmark connected products including Disney’s Magic Band and Carnival’s Medallion platform, with previous work spanning brands such as Google, Nike, and Sephora.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Megan brings a sharp systems mindset, strong executive influence, and a belief that great design shapes systems, powers creativity, and moves people to action. Outside of work, she enjoys calligraphy, hiking, and golf.
